Applied for a consultation for the purpose of an abdominoplasty. The surgical details in the final estimate I received were extended abdominoplasty, rectus abdominis muscle repair, umbilical correction, abdominal liposuction (including the flanks), and hip fat grafting. The consultation proceeded in the order of manager > doctor (in charge of liposuction) > doctor (in charge of lifting) > manager. It took about 2 hours in total. This was the only place where both doctors in charge came in, so among the places where I had consultations, I think they explained things in the most detailed and professional way and examined me thoroughly. Since I considered it a major surgery, I also took the doctors’ stamina into account and wanted two or more doctors to perform it, so I liked that this part was clear. Personally, I also have a body type where the saddlebag area protrudes, so I thought they would mention that too, but maybe because I applied for the consultation only for the abdomen, there was no particular discussion about it. If I end up having surgery here, I plan to get another estimate for saddlebag liposuction and, if possible, do it together.
