I went for a consultation for functional rhinoplasty and a long nose. The hospital facilities were clean, and I liked that the AS period was long. They seemed to explain the predicted surgical design realistically without making it excessive. Other places said I would have to use donated costal cartilage, but here they said it wasn't necessary, so I was somewhat leaning toward them.
