I searched really hard online and went for consultations at exactly two places, and I chose SP because I really liked the director doctor’s consultation and there was no pressure to use costal cartilage. They used 4 mm silicone for the bridge and built up the tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. After the surgery, before the swelling set in, they took a photo of my nose shape and showed it to me. It’s been about 7 weeks now, and a lot of the swelling has gone down, there’s no inflammation, and the curve is artistic. My nose used to be upturned so my nostrils showed, but now I look like an ordinary person I’m so happy that it became longer, not excessively, but just about the size of an average person’s nose, and the line came out well as natural~glamorous. They also did scar laser treatment, so now the columella scar is barely visible unless you look closely. I hope the remaining minor swelling goes down quickly too.
