Hello.. It has already been almost a month since removal.. After I firmly decided on removal, so many thoughts crossed my mind, like whether recovery would take a long time, whether the shape would change strangely after removal, whether I should take leave from work and remove it, and so on... In short, it was mentally very hard.. But thinking about it now, I think I had an excessive vague fear about removal.. Removal was not as difficult a surgery as I had thought.. As a result, after resting for 8 days, I had no problem going back to work normally.. In my case, before removal, I researched swelling, bruising, and recovery in advance and bought ice packs, Areumsu, vitamin C, vitamin E, Brufade bruise-removal medicine, and pumpkin juice ahead of time. After fully preparing, I thoroughly applied ice packs immediately after removal surgery for 2 days. On day 3, I alternated cold compresses and warm compresses, and after that I continued warm compresses.. Of course I also took the things I prepared above.. As expected, thanks to thorough care, I think I looked almost natural by day 6.. Everyone, stay strong, and I am precious. Do not give up and face it head-on. Do not take a leave of absence or give up your job.. Other people do not live your life for you.. Do not worry too much about others and have hope.. I am also someone who went through tremendous pain after cosmetic surgery, but I think I was too pessimistic about that pain... There is no need to be.. In this world, if you always look for a solution, there is definitely an answer.. Let’s try to live positively.. ****My current condition after removal is........ It has become quite natural.. The overall swelling of my nose has gone down a lot.. I think about 96% of the swelling at the nasal tip has gone down. About 96% of the swelling inside the nostrils has gone down, and there is almost no scar tissue inside the nose... Contracture of the nasal tip is very slight. Because it was an open columellar incision, the area around the incision is very slightly firm, but it seems almost soft.. As for the current condition after removing the part where autologous cartilage raised the nasal dorsum above the nasal bone, it is slightly higher than my nose before cosmetic surgery.. And there is slightly more swelling around the right side of the nasal bone than the left.. There is also a slight skin-tightening symptom.. At the nasal tip, there is no skin-tightening feeling at all.. The height of the nasal tip is also slightly higher than before surgery.. The drooping nasal tip is also less than before.. I am fairly satisfied.. I do not know whether the area around the nasal dorsum and nasal bone is swelling or capsule, but I think I will only know whether it will become lower after some time passes.. And one flaw is that from about 3 weeks after cosmetic surgery, the columella area supported with septal cartilage showed a straight, darkish line.. It is still there even after removal.**** There is no upturning or any strange side effect at all.. Even now, I sometimes do warm compresses... Based on my experience now, I think the recovery progress differs a lot depending on how you manage care after removal.. Those who are removing it, please manage your care thoroughly... For reference, I have oily skin and rather thick skin.. When I get a wound, the speed of recovery was not much different from other people.. Everyone, stay strong and have hope.. And please avoid cosmetic surgery as much as possible.. I think artificial things are not good...
