Day 19 after rhinoplasty

This is my 4th rhinoplasty. I had it once in Apgujeong because the nasal bridge moved, so I redid it at the same clinic, but it happened again. Then at some clinic in Apgujeong, I naturally did only silicone and a slight nose tip. I had always been dissatisfied that my nose looked slightly short and upturned, so I lived without thinking much and lived that way after my 3rd surgery. This time, maybe because they advertised a lot about being good at surgery, I looked at the photos, and when I saw the side-profile angle, I liked that they made it look longer, so right after the consultation I ended up doing it on the recommendation of the plastic surgery consultant. ./First, I had medial canthoplasty and revision rhinoplasty at the same time, and the doctors were separate, but on the day of surgery the consultation was rough. Eyes 5 minutes. After eye surgery, I lay down and got up, then a rough nose consultation, about 2 minutes.. Something felt a bit uneasy. Maybe the anesthesia wasn’t complete, but it was the most painful of all the surgeries I’ve had, and the prices here were also extremely high. But now it’s day 19 after surgery. Since seeing my surgical face on the first day, the doctor has completely stopped caring. Right now my eyes look too close together, and the nose tip has been made as pointed as Pinocchio’s nose, so unless I wear a hat I can’t go anywhere. Everyone stares. I’m depressed whenever I look in the mirror, wondering whether I need another revision surgery, or whether I need to remove the cartilage, or whether I need to lower the nasal bridge. The redness at the nose tip is gradually going away, but my image is unnatural. Before, I had a cute image, but now people say I look older. What should I do? Looking now, it’s strange that there are no consultation posts after surgery. For now I’m leaving a post, but will it become natural over time?? And why does the inside of my nose feel so hard and like the implant is big? Could it be a pointed implant? What should I do? I spent a lot of money on revision surgery, but my eyes look too close together, and as the swelling goes down, the nose looks less natural rather than more natural.
