I have a short nose and an upturned nose, and this is revision surgery I want to do it with an open approach but they’re telling me to do it closed I really don’t want to have another revision surgery again.. I heard that with an open approach, the surgical field is easier to secure, so the surgery can be done more precisely Closed rhinoplasty somehow feels like it would just be fitting things in blindly... What do you think?
