I had nasal tip cartilage suturing, a septal cartilage strut, and septal cartilage at the nasal tip. My nostrils became sharply narrow. It’s also very hard to breathe. It feels extremely hard and fixed, and I hate that. If I remove the transplanted cartilage, will there be changes to my nostrils? After surgery, it looks slightly lifted. Will that also come down? I know removal is after 6 months. But would it be okay to remove it even at the one-month mark? I want to take it out as soon as possible. There’s a lot of talk about scar tissue and contracture, but even if I remove it after 6 months, scar tissue will form again then too. If I remove it now and manage it with medication and massage, in the end, wouldn’t the final shape be similar whether I remove it now or after 6 months? Please help, everyone.
