Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Please help me about removal..

It has been 8 months since I had surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, costal cartilage, and so on, but it is hard to breathe through my nose, so I want to have them removed. The problem is that this is a revision nose, so I am scared about what will happen if I do it. Because it was hard to breathe, I went to an ENT clinic and explained it. They looked inside my nose and said the valve on the left side was blocked, which is why breathing was difficult, and there was also a 4 mm hole near the cartilage, and there was still blue suture thread in my right nostril.. A few days ago, while blowing my nose, a stitch came out of my left nostril too.. I went to the plastic surgery clinic where I had it done and told them everything about the stitch, the hole, the difficulty breathing, and the nose shape. I said I wanted removal. I had gone once in winter too and said it was hard to breathe, and they said they would contact me but never did... They said stitches are all like that, but if I ask them to remove them, they will remove them. And they said they would look into the hole and contact me within this week. And no matter how many times I said I wanted removal, they kept saying my nose would be completely ruined and that I would definitely regret it. I kept firmly saying I wanted removal, and they talked as if I should go somewhere else... Thinking about it, at first I was going to have it done at a university hospital, but then again, maybe it makes sense to do it at the plastic surgery clinic that made my nose. I don't know what would be better.. Honestly, I don't like the shape of my nose either. Before, my nasal tip was pointed, but now it is round and soft-looking.. Absolutely no one, not even people close to me, can tell I had my nose done. Before, at least I heard that my nose line was pretty, but now I was told I look completely heavy-featuredㅡㅡ Before surgery, I clearly asked for a beoseon-shaped nose like Seo In-young's, but the director here made it natural, so I really, really hate this blunt-looking nose. I would rather live my whole life with my low original nose with no bridge between the eyebrows than be unable to breathe and dislike my nose. That is why I am trying to take it out. It hurt so, so much that I hated it, and I said I would never get on an operating table again, but even if I become less pretty, I want to breathe comfortably through my nose. If I remove it, will my nose become bulky? Even my current nose is plumper than my previous nose, so I really hate this shape. I had silicone and ear cartilage surgery 11 years ago, but it drooped, so I had revision surgery last August. During the removal consultation, they said there was adhesion, that all the septal cartilage had been used so there would be nothing to use next time, and that there were a lot of stitches inside my nose. They said they had built the columella firmly, and that they had inserted the highest silicone implant, so if I remove it, there will definitely be a problem with the nose shape. And please help me find whether there is a hospital that is good at removal....ㅜㅜ Should I do it at a university hospital? Should I do it where they made my nose? Please help me....
