Day 14 after nose surgery, I’m disappointed with the height.

I only had lateral nasal osteotomy on the right side, so now the side that wasn’t operated on looks relatively more protruded, making it look crooked. If it happened in just one photo, I’d think it was a coincidence, but every photo I take comes out looking crooked. I know it can’t be perfectly balanced, but I’m left wishing I had also had a slight osteotomy on the left side. I got a swelling-reduction injection, so there’s no swelling. I had surgery because the middle part of my nose was larger than both nasal alae and people often asked if I had had surgery, so I hoped the middle of my nose would become slimmer, but there isn’t much change in size. There isn’t much change from the front, and there isn’t much change from the side. I asked them to raise the columella and lift the nasal tip a lot, naturally and beautifully, without a pinched-tip mark, but they only raised it a little. When I said I didn’t like it because there was no difference in the mid-nose size, the director said I was being too greedy and that it was because my nasal tip shape was originally like this. Maybe because my nose wasn’t raised much, my husband says the side view looks like I didn’t have surgery, and the front view looks like I did. I wanted a noticeably high nose, but they said my nose is small and can’t become that kind of nose, and I’m upset that it isn’t high. Would it become higher if I did something called Misko? What should I do?
