Hello Somehow it’s already been 6 months since surgery. Facial asymmetry had always been a complex for me, and before surgery I had so many worries. I was scared and worried about side effects and so on, but after getting a consultation at Y Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and starting with orthodontic treatment first, my trust gradually built up!! I did about 1 year of pre-surgical orthodontics, then double jaw surgery, cheekbone reduction, square jaw reduction, and chin surgery, doing the 3 facial contouring procedures together!! The first month after surgery was really hardㅠㅠ There were many things to pay attention to in daily life and with food, so it was hard always being careful! But as time passed, sensation gradually returned and I saw the residual swelling going down, so I think my satisfaction kept getting higher!! Currently, I’m living daily life with no difficulty at all! At first I was worried because the swelling really wasn’t going down, but time was the answer. There’s exhilaration in seeing myself slowly change! I’m really satisfied, and people around me have also told me my face looks smallㅎㅎ My face shape used to be angular, but after surgery it feels a bit rounder, so I like it!! Now, 6 months later, I’m doing very well. Even comparing with photos, it’s clearly visible that the swelling has gone down a lot!! I’m satisfied~
