Director Hong Jin-myung is kinder than at other hospitals. I was impressed because he read through the materials I had prepared and gave detailed feedback, even though I hadn’t asked him to read them. I liked that he did not over-treat, but I did wonder whether there would be an effect with the minimum approach. The consultation manager’s way of speaking made me uncomfortable... It’s natural not to know things, but when I asked questions, she spoke as if asking why I couldn’t understand it, so I felt uncomfortable.
