Busan / Areola / Motiva Smooth / 300cc / 1 week^^

I had breast surgery together with cheekbone surgery on June 1. Today marks one week, so I went to the hospital and had my stitches removed. The doctor said it looks like it turned out well and told me to come back in a week to check whether it settles in well. For now, I’m satisfied since the result sounds good..^^ I’m in Busan.. There isn’t much breast augmentation information in Busan, so after worrying about it, I heard that the doctor who did my cheekbones specialized in areola incisions, and that made me decide to do both procedures at the same hospital at the same time..^^ I went to the consultation alone, had the surgery alone, was discharged alone, and kept going alone for treatment..^^;; My family didn’t know at home..ㅋ I didn’t really have a friend who could take time off from work, and honestly, no matter how close we are.. I didn’t want them to see me in such an unseemly state.. so I went by myself, but it was less awkward than I expected..? ^^;; I already knew my body was a little off-balance left to right, but after going through consultations and taking photos, I realized my body is actually very asymmetrical on both sides..ㅠ I’ve never once heard my sister, friends, or mom say I was asymmetrical or had uneven breasts when going to the bathhouse, and I never felt that way myself either, but the doctors saw it right away. I only learned for the first time in 31 years that my one shoulder is significantly higher. Maybe it was because I always carried my bag on one sideㅠ Anyway.. the doctor said mine was a bit severe.. If you look at the photos, you can see the marks they made, right? Because one shoulder is higher, the whole chest wall sticks out more and sits higher on that side, so the nipples naturally end up at uneven positions like this..-_-;;; I really couldn’t tell.. Still, the doctor said they would balance it as much as possible, so I was grateful..ㅠ But because my upper body is fairly slim compared to my lower body.. I’m 168 cm tall, but my chest width was narrower than expected, so they said I might not be able to fit in much. But after I got the test results and had another consultation, they said up to 380cc would be possible for me..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ But that seemed too huge and unnatural.. so I asked for something natural and ended up settling on 300cc. Some places recommended 225cc or 275cc for me, but this doctor said if I wanted it to suit my body and look pretty, I should go up to 300. I... honestly have a pretty big frame in the shoulders. I take after my dad, so my shoulders are really broad.. -0-;;; They said that to match that body, I could even go bigger if I wanted a fuller look..^^;;; Unfortunate or fortunate..ㅋ Anyway, I got 300cc through an areolar incision. If you look at the photos, you can see the drain, right? Usually, most people don’t get a drain. But I had simultaneous surgery with cheekbones, and as I mentioned, my breasts were uneven, so I later heard that the doctor also adjusted one side of my nipple position to match the other.. how considerate..ㅠ So honestly, not much blood came out, but I wore the drain for one day anyway. (I heard that wearing a drain is actually better for recovery and things like that..) The first and second days hurt..ㅠ For some reason, I got so scared hearing that breast surgery is painful that I panicked in advance, which made it feel even more painful.. But day 3 is the turning point, and from day 4 on, I was so fine I wondered whether I had even been in pain..ㅋㅋ I think I was being a bit dramatic.. Some people say they were driving around on day 3..ㅎㅎ^^ Since they put 300cc into breasts that had been attached to the chest wall, maybe my breasts were shocked and got pulled tight.ㅋ Anyway, I went today and the doctor said it turned out well. But I still have one question: the doctor told me not to massage, just to leave it alone.. He said if I just do what I’m told, I won’t get capsular contracture, so I should just leave it alone. He even said that at the first consultation.. But isn’t Smooth normally supposed to need massage? So I asked, and he said if I just follow instructions, there’s no need to massage, and even if I don’t, all his patients are fine. So I’ve been obediently not doing any breast massage all week and just watching happily. They say patients prone to capsular contracture are not really accepted for surgery, and that those people are usually turned away because contracture will happen no matter what. Also, today the doctor gripped my nipple hard and twisted it..ㅠ As you probably know, the downside of areolar incision is the risk of reduced nipple sensation. But the doctor told me not to worry, so I didn’t.. and apparently it turned out so well that I almost wanted to curse at the doctor because it hurt.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The sensation is completely, seriously still there... In a week I’ll wear a sports bra, and after another month it looks like I just need to keep checking the progress. I’m going to do exactly what the doctor says.. It may look big, but in reality my sister and my mom both say it suits my frame and skeleton perfectly..ㅋ The more they say that, the more I get this greedy little wish that if I was going to do it anyway, maybe I should have gone a bit bigger when they recommended 325. ㅎㅎ Once the shape settles, I’ll post another review.
