I am 158 cm, 45 kg, and a 75B cup. From the beginning after surgery, my nipple positions were uneven, so it bothered me, but I thought it would not be much of a problem if I wore underwear... Because it is summer, I have been wearing bikinis, and whenever I move my arms, the pectoral muscle and implant move while forming bumpy lines. One side is okay, but on the side where the nipple is higher, there is also a slight double line on the inner side, not at the inframammary fold. If only the implant had gone just a little farther outward... The thought of revision surgery alone is awful, but if I live like this forever, I feel like people at the public bath will look at me strangely... I am married and have 2 children. Objectively speaking,,, is this a case for revision surgery? Or should I be satisfied with this degree and live with it?
