By today, I’ve gone around to 6 clinics for consultations, but how is it that not a single place says the same thingㅠㅠㅠ One place says donor rib cartilage with silicone, another says autologous costal cartilage with no implant, another says septal cartilage with silicone, and another says donor rib cartilage with no implant. They’re all saying different things, so what should I do??? Since it’s my first surgery, I don’t want autologous costal cartilage, but if I use septal cartilage, I feel like it’ll droop, and donor rib cartilage makes me uneasyㅠㅠㅠ What did everyone do for their first surgery??
스타위나비 I was flustered too when they recommended rib cartilage, but donor rib cartilage made me uneasy, so I did autologous costal cartilage
기가막힝 I feel like autologous costal cartilage really isn’t used much for a first surgery
요시리 For my first surgery I used septal cartilage, and for revision I used autologous ㅠ They really don’t use autologous much for the first surgery
감수트리 For me too, one clinic recommended autologous costal cartilage and another recommended donor rib cartilage, but both have pros and cons, so I think it’s best to have surgery with whichever suits you

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
