I'm glad I had my nose surgery at a hospital specializing in noses

When I first decided to get nose surgery, choosing a hospital was so difficult that I think I asked friends around me for lots of helpful tips!! My friends said that for the nose, I really needed to go somewhere that was genuinely good, and since my nose bridge was on the higher side, they told me to look for a place that would not necessarily use silicone. They especially said my nose was unusual because the nasal tip was spread out like a Westerner's, but the inside of my nose was narrow. Among the consultations I had when I first went around, that was unfamiliar consultation content, and they said the surgery would need to reduce the nasal tip while widening the nasal bridge, so I wondered, is this right?? So after thinking it over, I did narrow it down to a few places, but I ended up having surgery at the clinic that looked more carefully, excluded silicone, and explained the breathing/rhinitis consultation in detail!! The director there is an otolaryngology specialist, so he has done a lot of rhinitis surgeries, and especially a lot of nasal revision surgeries too, you know? Maybe because of that, he explained well that the cause of my rhinitis was that both the inside and outside of my nose were deviated. He also explained the surgical methods well for the hump, bulbous nose, and spread nasal tip that had been stressing me out, so I think that is why I decided and had the surgery haha Now it has been one month since surgery, and most of the major swelling is gone, with only minor swelling left, so I am posting a review! I was embarrassed about my bare face, so I only lightly mosaicked it, and I intentionally took photos from several angles. It looks pretty natural, right? Since septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used, it was also an implant-free surgery, and because I walked diligently to recover, the director said quite a lot of the swelling had gone down haha Ah! My rhinitis has improved too, and he said it will get a little better over time. I had to go to school and had a lot on my schedule, so there were times when it was hard to go to the hospital, but the manager adjusted the schedule well, so I think that helped make it a success! haha I did hear that after nose surgery, you need to watch it for about six months, but these days my selfies come out well, so I already feel really good.
