Officially, it’s my 4th surgery, but separately, I also had fat injections twice. Just thinking about sedation anesthesia makes me feel like throwing up. Even so, now that I’ve removed the nasal bridge implant, only the nasal tip is left, it looks a bit empty, and the surgical look is even more obvious, so I made up my mind and am going for it again. 1st - silicone 2.5 + ear cartilage 2nd - septal extension, alar reduction, osteotomy >> Removed after two months due to silicone inflammation 1st fat injection 2nd fat injection 3rd - finely crushed ear cartilage placed in the nasal bridge, and additional ear cartilage added to the nasal tip >> After 3 years, once the swelling went down, the nasal dorsum sank in, so I made an appointment to put silicone back in only the nasal bridge. My glabella area is on the higher side, so I’m trying to avoid adding as much as possible between the eyebrows and raise it in a straight line centered on the nasal dorsum. There’s no more cartilage to add to the nasal tip, so only the nasal bridge...--; But then I’m worried it might become a plain shape with only a nasal bridge and no nasal tip. Lee Yu-ri or Jang Keun-suk from Sparkling, that’s kind of how they are, you know. I’d appreciate the wise opinions of experienced people.
