Revision rhinoplasty

Hello! I had rhinoplasty with a closed approach 5 years ago. It turned out naturally, so no one knew I had a nose job. After about 4 years, the tip of the silicone started to bend slightly. Other people didn’t notice, but to my eyes it really stood out. So since it was a revision surgery last year (I’m in Changwon, and I had the first surgery in Changwon too), I went to look around near Seomyeon in Busan. I searched here and there online to see which place was good, and had revision surgery at a place called ㄴㅅㅌㅇ. I didn’t even look around at other places; I had a consultation, booked right away, and had surgery the next day. Thinking about it now, that was such a foolish thing to do. I should have visited other places, had consultations, and carefully compared everything, but it was also my fault for trusting only internet searches. At that hospital, they said my nose wasn’t refined and looked blunt, and said they would make the nasal tip more refined. They did it with an open approach and also built up the columella. About 2 weeks after surgery, people around me asked if I had a nose job, and when I said yes, they said the nostril sizes were different. The upturned nose and the crooked nasal tip that I had wanted corrected all started becoming crooked over time. People asked if I really paid money for that surgery, why I did it when my old nose was prettier (because my first nose surgery looked natural, no one knew it was a operated nose; even though I said it was revision surgery, others thought it was my first surgery). And so on. It was surgery I paid for, but the stress was seriously no joke. I visited the hospital several times, but that so-called doctor kept saying it was fine, that it was much better than before, and since not much time had passed after surgery, to come back after 3 months. So after 3 months, I wrote on the hospital bulletin board again. They told me to come to the hospital. But what’s the point of going? It was the same thing over and over. Even the manager said it seemed like my nose was crooked, but the doctor only kept saying it was fine. Honestly, after my first surgery I did hear that I looked pretty in my own way, but after the revision I really didn’t even want to walk around with my face up, and I kept my head down. Since it became an upturned nose, people said I looked like I would lose a lot of money, and really Ah, when I kept writing on the hospital bulletin board, they said they would do it the way I wanted and then ignored me -_- When I posted again, they forcibly deleted my posts several times, and now they even removed the consultation review board itself. It was truly ridiculous. So I had my third surgery this time. This time, I decided I would absolutely not be foolish like last time, so I joined various places and had consultations at a few clinics. I spent days furiously searching for frequently mentioned places like ㅎㄴ, ㄴㅈ, ㄱㄹㄹ, and so on. Then I booked consultations, and among the few places, there was one hospital I really trusted and settled on. Both the director and the manager explained things in detail, and above all, when I went for the consultation that day, I saw a patient who had rhinoplasty at that hospital, and it looked natural and pretty. So I became even more determined to do it at this hospital. I had surgery last week on the 14th! Since it was my third surgery, I was really nervous about what I would do if it failed again. Much more than the first and second times. After surgery, I got my stitches removed today. There is still some swelling, but once it goes down, it seems like it will look more natural, right? It’s roughly similar to the nose shape I wanted, so I like it. I think I’ll be able to walk around with my head held up confidently. But this time, I didn’t bruise at all. Why is that?? It’s fascinating. I’m glad I didn’t look like a monster. Last year, I had to take taxis back and forth from Changwon to Busan, so transportation cost a lot, but this time I didn’t bruise, so I wore a hat and mask and took the bus. This is my first time writing a surgery review. I think there may be people like me deciding on revision surgery, and there may also be people having their first surgery~ I really think rhinoplasty has to be done well the first time.
