I left the septal cartilage in the nasal tip as it was and removed only the silicone. (If you search my posts below, you can see photos before removal and immediately after removal.) I took off all the tape right away the next day, so the swelling was fully visible, and until about day 3~4, my impression looked so strange that I regretted it and was considering revision surgery ㅜ Over the weekend, as the swelling went down, my face changed day by day. The nose shape also seems to be settling into place, and as the glabellar swelling goes down little by little, I’m becoming a little more satisfied. Before nose surgery, I originally had an arrow nose and a hump, so maybe because they manipulated a lot, I don’t think I’ll go back to my pre-surgery impression. My overall impression doesn’t seem to have changed much compared with before removal. It just feels like some of the strong tension in my nose has eased?? Like the artificial look has softened a bit?? I think that’s about it. Before removal, I had a straight nose, and after removing the silicone it seems to have become a ski-slope shape, so I like the current nose shape the most (more than before surgery). And what I like most is my eye shape. My eyes look a bit softer, and the eye shape seems slightly rounder (very subtly). I think there’s still a lot of swelling in the glabella, and it hurts when I touch it ㅠ My nasal tip also hurts ㅠ Still, I’m satisfied that I removed it!
