I had the support column removed and the cartilage placed on top removed too. What is this... Since I removed it after a year and a half, it came down looking almost the same as the shape after surgery. My nostrils show, and for those who had the support removed, is the support shape straight like 11? Mine is shaped like 11 I don’t like that, but there’s no foreign-body sensation.. Anyway, I was also really worried about removal, but it hasn’t collapsed or anything like that. I think removing it early rather than late lets it return more to my own nose shape.. Anyway, rather than being stressed about my nose for the rest of my life, I think just taking it out is better mentally. For a year and a half, more than 90% of my thoughts were about my nose.
