It’s been over 2 years since I had rhinoplasty without implants, but the nasal tip has drooped too much, and there has been a step-off in the nose ever since right after the surgery, so it’s been really stressful and I’m thinking about revision surgery But if I put in silicone for the revision, I’m worried I might have to open it up again later, and with no implant, I’m also worried the result might develop a line step-off again ㅠ Would it be right to do it without implants, or should I just put in silicone? Is there anyone like me who had their first surgery without implants -> silicone, or is considering it?

냥엉 Mine had a step-off like that at first too, but they said that wasn’t a saddle nose ?? The septum collapsed…..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
