If I use costal cartilage for a bulbous nose, could it become slimmer than it is now..? My nostrils are small, so I don’t think I can get alar reduction, but I want it to look slimmer from the front more than from the side If you know places that are good at making the nose look slim with nasal implants, please let me know. How are Naturalism, Lowell, and DA..?

헤징징 Just because it’s a bulbous nose doesn’t mean you automatically use costal cartilage; it depends on the condition of your nose! For my first surgery, I only used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I needed revision surgery, so my septal cartilage was already gone, and they said ear cartilage alone wouldn’t hold up, so that’s why I used costal cartilage at Saeg.. There really has to be a definite reason.
요망한용 I’ve heard Naturalism, Lowell, and DA mentioned a lot for bulbous noses. As for whether using costal cartilage will make it slimmer, you should get a consultation Not every bulbous nose is the same.
ochuns I’ve heard that just because it’s a bulbous nose doesn’t mean you necessarily do alar reduction.
풍풍 I really want to escape my bulbous nose... I’ve been looking at reviews and narrowing places down, so I’m going to call Naturalism, Edition, and The Door tomorrow!!
치릴친 Yeah, I think if you use costal cartilage, the shape tends to be set a bit more glamorously, so it seems much better. Try going for a consultation at Gift too.
굿 If your nostrils are small, I don’t recommend alar reduction. Lowell is good at making it look slim.
오뎅 If you want it slim, wouldn’t it be better to go to DA?
