I was fairly satisfied with my first surgery, but as time passed, I felt like my nasal tip was gradually drooping. I don't know if it's because the nasal tip drooped, but from the day I started thinking that overall it looked awkward compared to my face, I kept being bothered by it. Especially every time I took photos, the nasal bridge and nasal tip felt disconnected, so I decided on revision nose surgery. ㅇㄴB gave a systematic explanation of the surgical method, and they also spoke honestly about the recovery period and revision surgery risks, so I felt I could trust them. ㄹㅇJang's detailed design consultation was impressive, and while showing surgical progress photos, they looked at my face shape, eyes, nose, and mouth one by one and recommended a line. ㅁGo was a place that valued naturalness, and they suggested a surgical direction considering my face shape and overall balance. After going to consultations, each hospital emphasized different points and recommended different materials or implants, so comparing them was easier than I expected. I wanted surgery using costal cartilage for a refined look, and I booked surgery at the second hospital, which matched well with what I had in mind.

아나다가 Why won't they send me the surgical records? They keep ignoring my KakaoTalk messagesㅠ Does this need reconstruction or is it contracture? Please tell me a specialist hospitalㅠ Possibility of necrosis after nose surgery at Ruby Plastic Surgery Clinic ㅠㅠ I had silicone inserted, then because the side effects were severe, I had removal surgery. The doctor said that while removing it, the donated dermis had settled well. They said they didn't know the cause, that Ruby Plastic Surgery couldn't do anything for me, and that even if I came in from now on, there would be no point. But Even after removing the silicone, I had the removal done in April and it's July now. It still hurts and is red just the same. I wondered if inflammation was coming up inside, so there isn't a hospital I haven't been to. Internal medicine, gynecology, psychiatry, Korean medicine clinic, ENT. But after going to the ENT for quite a while, yesterday they said it was very strange, and the ENT doctor got angry, saying there seems to be a problem with the donated dermis and that there is a possibility of necrosis. So I asked Ruby, saying the ENT said that, and the Ruby staff said it seems inflammation that wasn't there when the silicone was removed has developed and told me to come in for treatment lol If they couldn't find the cause even while doing revision surgery, will they find it if I go in again for another follow-up? What on earth kind of donated dermis did they use? I feel so upset and disgustedㅠㅠ I want to cut it all outㅠ Please tell me a hospital specializing in reconstruction and contracture tooㅠ
만만세기 Originally, each hospital does tend to have materials they mainly push. If you want to judge objectively, you have no choice but to go to a lot of consultations... Maybe because mine was revision surgery too, every place I went recommended costal cartilage, but no matter how much I thought about it, autologous costal cartilage felt much more burdensome, so I did donated costal cartilage at Saegim, where they didn't pressure me.
