If it's not adjusting the silicone but manipulating the nasal tip, I understand it has to be open surgery, but you should discuss it with the directorㅜㅜ Have you talked to the clinic?

Everyone, even when they opened the whole nose and looked while doing it, it turned out this messy, so how would a closed approach be? Don't have too much fantasy about closed surgery, and just go with open surgery with peace of mind. And if it looks like this in photos, it really does look more flashy and excessive in person. So it makes sense that your mental state is crashing; I've been through it too, so I know.. But I just looked at your other photos, and the shape has changed a lot compared with week 1ㅠ It looks like it's coming down into a straight-line shape, and the swelling also seems to be going down, so can you really not wait? The concerning parts are that the step-off might remain somewhat even after the swelling goes down, and when the nasal tip drops, the angle and height drop together, but right now the height is high while the angle is actually okay... I think that's the issue?.. Anyway, the Pinocchio-like look should improve a bit more once the swelling goes down. I don't know if it will become perfectly pretty, but it will probably look less Pinocchio-like than now.. Honestly, since it's so early, I think it may be better to watch it for a while, and if it still doesn't seem right then, consider revision surgery. I also think getting A/S at the same clinic is something you need to think about a lot. Also, for people who swell a lot, the shape can really keep changing up to 1 year. I know you're anxious, and it's probably true that your nose is a bit high and doesn't suit you right now, but it's also true that you're being too hasty.. Reopening it is something you really need to think carefully about. Aside from the scar issue, they say the more often you open it, the higher the chance of inflammation and contracture. Especially since you haven't even fully recovered yet..

It takes at least 4 months for all the swelling to go down. Even if you get an early correction, your mental state will be the same. Stop listening to people around you and just wait 4 months. Speaking from experience.

I commented on your previous post saying your nose was pretty and that you seemed too sensitive, but after seeing this photo, I understand what you mean. The step-off must have bothered you a lot. I've had my nose done twice, so I know, and swelling at the nasal tip often goes down last, so you should try to live without thinking about it for 3 months. But your family doesn't have knowledge either, so they say it looks strange, and you also look only at your nose every day, so I think the stress is even worseㅠㅠ.. What if that isn't swelling? With septal cartilage, some people intentionally overcorrect because the nasal tip drops, but in a case like yours, I don't think you can endure that period. Everyone, I read all your posts, and it's so similar to my situation that I'm commenting. I had my first surgery on 5/26 and it was completely ruined. So I got an early correction after just 2 weeks, and it got even more ruined. What I truly feel down to my bones is that if the director had been skilled, he would have done it well from the start. Don't do it at the same clinic. You'll end up like me. It was so hard that I couldn't endure 6 months like this, so I trusted the director one more time and got an early correction, and ha ㅋㅋ Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since the early correction, and now I've just given up. I'm going to live like a shut-in at home for 5 months. I lost time, I lost money, and my life is just completely screwed. I'm a job seeker too, and now it looks like I'll be getting a job next year. I'm also someone for whom appearance matters,, I understand and relate so much to what you're feeling and what emotions you're going throughㅠㅠㅠㅠ And when I first had it done, I was surprised because there was no columellar scar at all, but after the early correction, the columellar scar is no joke..^^ I also got early correction because my nasal tip became longer and excessive and turned into a witch nose, Pinocchio nose, so I'm leaving this comment. Mine also ended up extremely flashy, so I lowered it through A/S.. I barely endured 6 months and had it done, but it didn't lower dramatically. If you get an early correction, the scar is an issue, and the shape is also hard to guarantee. I recommend holding out a little longer and then lowering itㅜㅜ

My nose is a little over 3 months old, and it's even flashier than yours. There is a step-off at the nasal tip, and only the nasal tip protrudes more~ At first, I resented the doctor and manager who kept saying everything was fine, but I thought I would regret opening it before even lasting the commonly mentioned 6 months, so I'm going to look at the final shape at 6 months and decide. Once I made up my mind firmly, I felt okay again! I think I've also gotten somewhat used to the shape. Since there is an A/S period, try thinking that you'll get it corrected only within that period. (For me, after the clinic told me that if I waited 6 months and the shape still seemed wrong, they would correct it then, I felt much better.)

Ah… In the previous post, the step-off wasn't visible, but now it is visible.. Did you have more silicone inserted into the nasal bridge?

Did the hospital say early correction is possible?? How long has it been since your surgery, and when did they say they’d do the early correction?? I’m also looking into hospitals, but they all say to wait at least 3 months firstㅜㅜㅜ

Hi,, ㅜㅜ I didn’t read every post in detail, but I skimmed through them all. I ended up getting a third nose surgery the day before yesterday.. At the first hospital, they pulled my nasolabial angle out in such a weird way, and after a year they brought up an AS revision, so I asked them to please raise the angle and lower the height, but I shouldn’t have done the AS at the same hospital.. ㅜㅜㅜ As someone whose first two surgeries both failed, the shape doesn’t change much, and no matter how much swelling goes down, a Pinocchio-like nasal tip doesn’t really come down.. The height absolutely doesn’t get lower. Ah, below that it does seem to drop slightly (around the nasolabial angle), but honestly I’m not even sure about that. It’s almost the same ㅜ Just wait safely until about a year has passed, then get revision surgery at a hospital specializing in revision surgery.. I seriously absolutely do not recommend getting AS revision at the same hospital xxxxxxxx
