I had bulbous nose surgery with ear cartilage and no implant a year and a few months ago. The shape was okay, but there was a slight step-off, so this time I got an A/S with added ear cartilage and dermis. The nostril asymmetry improved more, the bulbous nose feeling is completely gone, and the side profile looks better too. Anyway, I’m very satisfied with the shape. But today is the day I got the splint removed, so maybe it’s because of swelling, but the cartilage that was raised at the nasal tip is showing through very slightly. Will it get better once the swelling goes down? ChatGPT says it’ll definitely get better, but I forgot to ask the doctor..
