Thin skin type. I’m planning to have everything removed from my nose. I’ve had my nose done twice before, and the silicone moved both times. I think I was told it wasn’t because the silicone was inserted incorrectly, but because my nose itself is originally short in length and quite low in height. I don’t currently have inflammation, but the nasal tip is slightly crooked, and I have about 45 mm of silicone in place. It’s been over 10 years. I’ve been going around for consultations about full removal, and both the clinic where I originally had surgery and the new clinic I consulted said I might feel a sense of loss afterward, so they asked what I thought about placing dermis or something else.
