Revision surgery for a drooping nasal tip... Please look at my nose...

I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago, and I had a hump nose. I had a very thin silicone implant placed on the nasal bridge, and they put bone from my septal surgery into the nasal tip. But not many years after the surgery, my nasal tip drooped, and I can see something that looks broken at the tip, so I’m planning to have revision surgery. I had a consultation, and they said they would use ear cartilage and do it with an open approach. But if they use ear cartilage, I think the chance of nasal tip drooping is high, and if they do an open approach, I feel like the scar will be big... Is there a chance it will turn out well? I’m planning to have the surgery at the same hospital where I originally had it done.... But I don’t even know if this is the right choice... I don’t want any more revision surgeries, and I’m so stressed. Are there many people like me...?ㅜ
