The consultation with the director was quite long. It was good that they explained the surgical method. I wanted to proceed as much as possible without an implant, focusing mainly on nasal tip surgery, but they said my nose could not avoid using silicone, so I don’t think I’ll do it at this hospital ㅠ In the end, the price came out to that amount including ear cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the nasal bridge, nasolabial angle correction, etc. (They said adding alar base reduction on top of that would add 1,100,000.) They did not take a CT scan, and the consultation fee is free.
