I looked into rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose with a natural-yet-defined look They say surgery for a bulbous, wide nose is difficult, so I was worried whether I could get the look I wanted. They asked whether I had come in thinking about using an implant or not. They said that to get the nose I wanted, I would need to use one. For now, I felt like I should look around at various places, so I left without signing a contract.
