I went to look into surgery for a bulbous nose I heard that correcting a bulbous nose is hard to do in one go, so I did some online research and went for a consultation. There were a lot of people waiting, and I consulted with a female director. I wanted a natural-but-defined, slightly fancy nose style, and I was told implants would be needed. I want to succeed in one try, so I didn’t sign a contract for now and left, planning to look around at different places
