Maybe because my skin is thick and my nose is bulbous, the director honestly said the surgery effect wouldn’t be very big. The consultation was much longer than at other places. First the manager practically gave a lecture on the ideal overall shape of the nose, and then the director also carefully explained the strengths and weaknesses of my nose. But once I heard that the surgical effect would drop to less than half, my desire to have surgery disappeared.
