I had my first nose surgery 3 years ago through a recommendation from someone I knew. From the consultation onward, he explained things in a very calm and gentle way, so although it was my first surgery and I was worried a lot, I felt reassured. Also, during the surgery, he had me sit up to adjust the silicone and helped me choose which height would be best, which I liked.
