I came for a eye consultation, but more than anything, I did not do it here because of the consultation manager. The consultation itself was not very professional, and even though I waited a long time, it ended in 5 minutes. Did I look like someone who would not have surgery? They explained everything rather casually, and since I asked more questions than they explained, it felt like they were only giving curt answers. And normally they write the amount on the card themselves, but even that was fine... Then I asked if they could write the amount for me, and they said, “There is a card in front here, so take it out and use it.” They said they would tell me the amount, so I wrote it down, but I felt strangely bad.
