Director O is kind!! But when shaping the line, maybe because they did not want it to hurt, they held it so lightly that I could not see the line well, and I could not feel confident. The clinic is small but clean. There were not many visitors, probably because it is a new clinic. The staff were kind, and the manager was the least like a pushy phone salesperson among the people I have met.
