I was really stressed about my nose for several years, and I finally had surgery, so I am leaving a review like this lol As you can see from before surgery, my nasal bridge was low, and overall it was a somewhat spread-out bulbous nose lol I often heard that my eyes alone looked fine, but because of my nose, my facial image looked a bit dull, should I say... Anyway, I did not like it, so I kept thinking about it and eventually had surgery lol At first, I went to about five places just for consultations, and I had surgery at the place that left the strongest impression among them. I liked that they did not push all sorts of things and just accurately pointed out the problems after looking at my nose condition. Because of that sincere feeling, it was not hard to decide on surgery lol From what I heard during the consultation, they said it was not a problem that could be solved simply by raising the nasal bridge, so ear cartilage and bulbous nose correction were included together. My nose length was also on the short side, so they extended it too, and because they said the nasal tip support was weak, they also used donated costal cartilage. Honestly, I was a little worried because it was donated cartilage, but they said it was a safe material that had been sterilized, so I decided to go with it lol I am hearing a lot that my impression itself changed because my side profile became clearly refined lol There is still some swelling left, but the bulbous nose was definitely corrected, and the nasal tip seems much firmer too, right?? Rather than just raising it excessively, I think they shaped it naturally and beautifully to suit my face lol After surgery, when I went to the hospital to have the splint removed, I also liked that the director checked everything carefully and took good care of me lol My friends also say my face looks much more sophisticated these days, and people at work say my nose looks cool, so I am gaining confidence lol Since the center of my face is definitely clearer, I think the overall facial balance looks better too lol I heard short nose + bulbous nose surgery has a high level of difficulty, so I am really relieved that it came out as the natural straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted, and I feel very grateful to the director lol I am very satisfied with my current nose shape, and I am looking forward to how it will look once all the swelling goes down lol
