I went in thinking that because I had a bulbous nose with a dorsal hump, I wanted it to look slimmer, and I didn’t want my nostril wings to spread. The director pointed those things out and explained them first, then corrected everything, and since I had several procedures, the cost was a bit burdensome, but I’m very satisfied with the result! I think the director is good at looking at the harmony and proportions of facial features
