4-month review after septal cartilage + silicone surgery

It’s been 4 months since my nose surgery!! I did the nasal tip with septal cartilage and put silicone in the nasal bridge. There are still people leaving comments on my last review, and a lot of people ask questions by private message, so I gathered my courage and am posting recent photos one more time. When it had been two months, I was happy because the swelling had gone down a lot compared to the beginning, but after 4 months, it has become much slimmer than then, and overall the nose shape has refined a lot. Before surgery, from the nasal bridge between my eyes down toward the nasal alae, there’s that wide bone, you know (sorry, this is elementary-school-level explanation;;) That bone was really wide; so from the front it looked so unattractive, but after surgery, the nasal dorsum has clearly become slimmer. Overall my nose was on the large side too, but the size has reduced a lot, so it got smaller too haha After surgery, when I tucked my upper lip inward into my mouth, there was a pulling feeling until about 3 months, but now that has become natural too. Oh, and every time I went to the hospital for follow-up checks, it was nice that the director personally disinfected it and checked the progress. I know that at other places, there are many cases where you go for follow-up and don’t even see the director. The surgery itself is important, but since management for several months afterward is also quite important, for those getting surgery, no alcohol and no smoking are essential haha I’m satisfied because I think the result came out natural and not excessive. Doesn’t it look more natural than at two months? haha
