I had silicone + ear cartilage removed, and the tape was removed today.. I look totally like Avatar lol such a funny appearance. lol Still, my mind feels at ease.. There’s still swelling.. and slight bruising.. not much.. Today is day 2 for me.. I’ll have the stitches removed next Tuesday. But. warm compresses... my nose feels a bit hard right now.. A tight, swollen feeling.. When is the right time for warm compresses? They told me to do cold compresses for now because of the swelling... And please tell me how to massage.. Even when I read it, I don’t really understand.. I think they said to hold the nasal tip, and with the thumb of the other hand, bend it inward ..and massage the nasal bridge... Please explain in detail But massage is done when scar tissue forms and it gets hard, right?
