Hello, I originally had a complex about my large bulbous nose. I had surgery last Wednesday and had alar cartilage fat removal, cartilage grafting, tying, etc.. But without prior discussion with me, during the surgery the doctor judged that it would be difficult to make the shape with cartilage alone, so a little AlloDerm has been added. Currently, my nasal tip is slightly upturned, and the area where the alar cartilage was tied has dark marks like a pinched nose. Will this really improve..? Also, maybe because of the effect of tying the cartilage, the nasal tip feels slightly numb and has become dark. I’m curious whether this is a major problemㅠㅠ The doctor said the thread used to tie the cartilage is not absorbable.. Since my nose was originally big and long, seeing it a bit smaller seems okay in some ways... but on the other hand, I’m worried it looks upturned. The bandage has not all been removed yet; only the nasal tip side has been removed.. Can this really get better? If it is truly strange, I want to remove everything after 6 months..ㅠㅠ
