I'm 9 days post-op from rhinoplasty, but the nasal tip looks too low and long. The clinic says it's swelling and that it will get better, but the nasal tip is already low, so will this really get better? Or I feel like I should quickly look into revision surgery. At the clinic, they said they lengthened my short nose, and they drew the line, saying if I want more, there's nothing else they can do.
웅연 At day 9, this much seems fine to me. It doesn't particularly look long.
Djddkskk My nose has become too long. I wonder if the starting point of the columella was set lower than my original nose. Originally, when I smiled, my gums showed too, but now when I smile, not even all of my teeth show, and my philtrum folds by 3-4 m. My impression has become masculine too. As time passes, could the nasal tip become shorter? The columella is hard, and I can feel the costal cartilage, so I wonder if this could become shorter.
라구트 It seems like the nasal tip has become really swollen, so it looks long downward too. Wouldn't it get better once the swelling goes down?
냔니냔냔 Do you mean the nasal tip height is low..? Or that it is positioned lower? The height doesn't look low to me. At day 9, the philtrum area is swollen and hard too, so it's normal for smiling not to look natural. It seems like they made the columella area a bit round and large, but honestly, because of swelling, you need to wait at least a month before you can roughly tell... It doesn't seem like a case needing early correction, and for revision surgery to be safe, you can only do it after 6 months anyway..
Djddkskk [@라구트] It is really swollen. But I don't think the length will shorten or the nasal tip will lift just because the swelling goes down
Djddkskk The nasal tip height isn't that low, but I think the nasal tip is positioned lower. Right ˙ᵕ˙ My philtrum is very hard. I uploaded a new post with more photos, so please take a look at that too
냔니냔냔 [@Djddkskk] Silly, you need to leave it as a reply. If you write it like this, they won't get a notification, so they won't be able to check it!!
