I had my third surgery. It was donated costal cartilage + silicone. There is some asymmetry. The front view is okay, but my nostrils are uneven, so when I take videos or photos, it’s so stressful. ㅠㅠ I guess I need revision surgery... I’m asking for opinions. I never even imagined a fourth surgery. Nose surgery really is the hardest.
