My first nose surgery was not because of functional issues or inflammation or anything like that, but because I did not like the shape. 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery and under-eye fat repositioning with Director ㅈㅇㅈ at ㅌㅌㅇ and they were a huge success, so I also had a consultation for my first nose there, but they recommended donated costal cartilage, so I just did it somewhere else. But after about 2 years, the nasal tip got absorbed and a slight step-off with the nasal bridge silicone developed, so it is not a functional problem, but I feel like the aesthetics have really declined. Since ㅌㅌㅇ matched my aesthetic sense for eyes, I put down a deposit there, but there are no solid objective reviews, so I am a bit anxious ㅠ As for the material, I did end up deciding to use donated costal cartilage,,
