How many pieces of donated costal cartilage did you use??ㅠㅠ While using donated costal cartilage, could you share what other material you used together for the nasal tip and how it turned out??? !!!!!! I don’t think I can do autologous costal cartilage while working, and of course the directors said autologous costal cartilage is absorbed less and is safer because it’s my own, but they said there isn’t a really huge difference compared with donated costal cartilage..
진덕 One donated costal cartilage. My nasal bridge was on the higher side, and I had a hump, so they preserved the bridge and put ear cartilage in the nasal tip and the nasal area between the eyebrows. They said if ear cartilage is put in the nasal tip, it has no strength and sinks quickly, so they used costal cartilage.
