I don’t know why I paid money to go through this suffering. I only had nasal tip surgery, with cartilage tying, one piece of ear cartilage, and because my nose was short, I had columellar lengthening. The thing that bothers me most is the columellar lengthening.. My nose got longer and the nasal tip is blunt, so it looks big.. I know there is swelling right now.. But my original nose wasn’t small either, so I don’t think there will be a big change from here, and I’m in despair. On top of that, thick scar tissue is forming on both sides, so I’m worried it might still be there even after removal surgery... sigh...ㅜㅜ What I’m curious about is the timing of removal surgery. The clinic says to do it after 6 months, otherwise tissue damage can occur. But many people seem to remove it within a month... Rather than worrying and getting stressed while looking in the mirror, I want to remove it early. What would be the wise decision? I’m also worried that if I do it after 6 months, the chance of returning to my original nose may be lower. I’m worried that after 6 months the ear cartilage will be absorbed, and after removal I might get contracture or side effects. They say if I do it now, tissue damage can occur... I don’t know specifically what that means.. If they do it open again, they can shorten and raise the columellar extension, right??? Please don’t pass by, and give me a warm, saving answer. I’m depressed ㅠㅠ
