It’s now been two months since I had my nasal silicone implant/septal support strut removed. The thing is.. I kept focusing on the nasal tip.. so I didn’t think about the nasal bridge.. These days, I can almost live without worrying about the tip.. the columella has come down a lot... and now I even worry, what if it comes down more.. lol When it’s cold.. dry... or in the morning.... it does look a bit short again... but other than that.. it looks a little better... But;... the problem is pretty serious.. it’s the nasal bridge. About 2 weeks after removal, I thought it looked almost similar to before.. and I didn’t feel it was bumpy... But now that it’s been two months.. it’s definitely... different from before surgery. Before surgery.. both sides of the nasal bridge protruded slightly, but it was to the extent that neither others nor I noticed it... Overall.. But... now the nasal bridge looks bumpier as time goes by... especially the area connecting the glabella to the nasal dorsum.. The glabella also.. the bone wasn’t as narrow as it is now.. it feels a bit narrower.. The left and right sides look different... The bones that used to protrude on both sides of the nose also.. stand out more than before, so overall... my nose is really bumpy.. To the point that others can see it now too.. No... at first, was it that I didn’t notice because I wasn’t conscious of it.. or is it becoming like this as time passes.. I don’t know.. And.. it’s already.. been over two months since removal.. but the nasal bridge still hurts.. when I stay still.. I don’t really notice it.. but when I touch it.. I still feel pain.. Could it be that they rasped it when putting in the silicone..? ㅠㅠ To summarize.. 1) As time passes after removal, the unevenness of the nasal bridge looks more emphasized. There is still pain too.. do you think they rasped it? To fit the silicone shape? It is definitely different from before... my impression has become bumpy.. 2) Could it look this way only for now.. because of scar tissue on the nasal bridge? Will it get a bit better with time.. But when I touch it.. I can feel bone.. so I don’t know whether this bumpiness is because of scar tissue... ㅠㅠ 3) And.. lastly.. The nasal tip shape is gradually coming back, but.... suddenly.. my nose got bigger... it looks very thick and big... like my nose is swollen after waking up.. it has become much softer... and the contracting feeling has improved too... but suddenly.. why did my nose get bigger? Please answer.
