I’m 5 months post-removal. I left the support strut + tied cartilage in place, and removed the cartilage used in the nasal tip and the silicone. Lately, my nasal tip looks noticeably bigger and blunter, so it’s bothering me. Especially compared with before surgery, my nose swells much more easily, and if it swells even a little, it looks like a total bulbous noseㅠㅠ Could it be because of the tied cartilage? If so, would loosening it again make it a bit better? I’d rather it be scar tissue, so it gets better with time. I had been trying to think positively, but today my nasal tip suddenly looks bigger, so I’m upset. Before surgery, my nose was on the smaller side, but now it really looks like a bulbous nose... Is there anyone like me whose nasal tip got bigger after removal and then got better as time passed? Would massage help at all? Please give me adviceㅠㅠ
