2 weeks after autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, upturned nasal tip and nostrils very visible

The line is so pretty. But if you raise the nose, isn’t it inevitable that the nostrils show more?? The current nose line is so pretty, so I think nostril lowering would be better.

But from the front, it’s prettier when you can see about that much. If you can’t see them at all, the nose tends to look blunter. (personally)

It can look upturned because of swelling. Don’t be too anxious, and try waiting a bit until the swelling goes down~

I’m like that too.. I’m on day 12, and from the front my nostrils show so much, they look huge, like an upturned nose.

You need at least three months. It’s still very early. Wait until more swelling goes down. What your friend had wasn’t a procedure, it was surgery.

To feel reassured about whether this is swelling, I think you need to take photos right after surgery Since the clinic says it’s swelling

[@유야유] The front view is seriously way over the top. That photo came out well .. But realistically, even if the nasal tip droops, will those nostrils really stop showing..?

I’m in the same situation too. Has it improved a lot now?

[@풀리미] Hmm, it hasn’t gotten much lower, but as the swelling went down maybe I just got used to it or I don’t know. It’s still damn high, but it doesn’t feel like an unnatural height. But it is still a bit lifted
