I live outside Seoul, so I only did online research, and it seemed okay, so I had a brief non-face-to-face consultation, booked for the same day, and decided to have surgery right away. Since it was my first surgery, I was nervous and wanted to ask several things during the consultation, but the director seemed really busy, and they kept the consultation to a minimum and went straight into surgery. That part was a bit disappointing. Still, there are no scars, and I think it turned out decently.
