Since this is a review after 8 years, I think writing about the current effect is more meaningful. First of all, I am still satisfied with the effect, and there is no sagging. However, he told me in advance that if I had masseter muscle resection, it could become slightly hollow as I aged, and now it is getting slightly hollow. It is not to the point that it bothers me, but later I think I can just get filler!
I asked for it to be done naturally, so it was done naturally and is not extremely dramatic, but if more had been cut, I think it would have sagged.
I still have not removed the screws, and every time I go to the dentist the screws show up on the X-ray, so it is embarrassing. I think I should find time and go back once to look into it again lol
