It’s day 4 after arm liposuction Day of surgery - severe swelling in my wrists and forearms Day 2 - severe swelling in my wrists, forearms, and face, plus pain Day 3 - severe swelling and bruising in my wrists, forearms, backs of my hands, and fingers, plus pain Day 4 - severe swelling and bruising in my wrists, forearms, and backs of my hands, plus pain Does everyone have swelling every day from the day of surgery like this?.. My upper arms got thinner, but from my wrists to my forearms is extremely swollen .. Since the day of surgery until now, the swelling hasn’t gone down even for a moment ㅠㅠ It’s so, so hard to even lift my arms that I can’t disinfect the area by myself, and for showering I have to put on waterproof bandages, but how on earth does everyone do this alone.... Is there any good way to reduce swelling? ㅠㅠ I have to go to work starting tomorrow, please help me ... I kept wearing the compression garment, but since yesterday I’ve been taking it off for a bit
