I had silicone, osteotomy, short-nose lengthening with septal cartilage, and a support strut. The design is really strange, and the foreign-body sensation is severe, so I’m planning to remove it. It has been about 3 months since the first short-nose lengthening and nasal tip surgery, and about 2 months since the revision surgery. I originally had the nasal tip done first, then only had the nasal bridge done, and the height ended up looking like a lion nose. My nose was opened twice with an open approach over 3 months. Can I remove the silicone now?.. I had an osteotomy, and because it looked strange, I raised the nasal bridge. If I remove the silicone now, will my nose turn up? I’m planning to leave the nasal tip as it is. It already seems like my nose has sunk a bit in just 3 months, so I’m afraid it will completely collapse if I remove it. Please help. The previous hospital would be better for removal, right..? Anyone with experience, please make sure to leave a comment..
